All our products are custom made, and as such, only items with a verifiable manufacturing defect are eligible for return.

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at 1 800 361-4607 (Option 1) or via our contact form.

• A clear photo of the defect must be provided.

• Our customer service team may request that the item be returned for further inspection.

If the defect is confirmed, we will either arrange a reprint of your order or issue a refund to your original payment method, depending on product eligibility and the nature of the issue.
